Step:

  1. Place the chopped sweet potatoes in a mixing bowl

  2. Add olive oil, herbs, salt and pepper and mix well

  3. Let it marinate for 10 minutes

  4. Align them on a baking tray and bake for 25 minutes at 200 degree celcius or till crisp and done

  5. After you take the baking tray out of the oven, sprinkle the potatoes with grated cheese and let cool

  6. Serve with your favourite dip/ketchup. Tastes awesome even at room temperature. Enjoy!

  1. 200 gms sweet potatoes washed and chopped lengthwise
  2. 1 tbspn olive oil
  3. 1 tbspn mixed herbs
  4. to taste Salt
  5. 1 tbspn powdered black pepper
  6. 2 tbspn grated cheddar cheese
