Step:

  1. Place sliced strawberries in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth.

  2. Pour strawberry puree into a pitcher; add strawberry juice concentrate, and stir well. Cover and chill.

  3. Just before serving, stir in champagne and sparkling water. Pour into chilled champagne flutes.

  4. Garnish with fresh strawberries, if desired.

  1. 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
  2. 1/4 cup frozen strawberry daiquiri fruit juice concentrate, thawed
  3. 3/4 cup champagne, chilled
  4. 1/2 cup lemon - flavored sparkling water, chilled
  5. 2 fresh strawberries (optional )
