S'mores Shake Shots

Set oven control to broil.

Line a small cookie sheet with sides with cooking parchment paper.

Place marshmallows on cookie sheet.

Broil 2 minutes or until toasted.

Meanwhile, in a blender, place ice cream, milk and 2 graham crackers.

Cover.

Blend on medium speed until smooth.

Crumble remaining graham crackers.

Sprinkle crumbs evenly into 8 large shot glasses.

Pour ice cream mixture evenly over crumbs.

Top each with 1 toasted marshmallow.
