Spicy tomatoes with eggs and tilapia

In a pan Melt the margarine. beat the eggs, and add them to the margarine. Cook till golden in color. Set aside.

Melt the margarine. Add the fish add most of the spices on top. Cook the fish 3 minutes 5 if its a thick filet. Turn the filet add the rest of the spices cook the same time as the first side.

Remove set aside. In same pan as the fish was cooked add tomatoes, salt, and basil. Cook 2 minutes then add jalapeos. Simmer 7 minutes reduce the juices to thicken. Then let sit 3 minutes.

On a plate make a circle with the tomatoes. Add eggs in the middle and fish on the side hope you enjoy.
