Step:

  1. Boil the water

  2. Peel wash and dice the potatoes. Cook the potatoes till fork tender drain.

  4. Mix water and cornstarch. Add to milk and cheeses

  5. Stir in potatoes mix well. Garnish with parsley

  3. 2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  4. 2 1/2 cup extra sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  5. 2 cup whole milk
  6. 15 1/2 oz evaporated milk
  7. 1 tsp salt
  8. chopped parsley for garnish
  9. 2 tbsp cornstarch
  10. 1/4 cup water
