Step:

  1. In a bowl, add ribs and marinade ingredients.

  2. Marinate meat in total for 2 hours, after 1 1/2 hours remove from refrigerator. It is best when grilling to start with room temperature meat.

  3. Set your indoor grill to a searing setting. If using a grill pan, set to high. Heat pan up and then turn to a medium - high setting.

  4. Grill meats several minutes on each side. Timing of doneness depends on thickness. When halfway through, pour leftover marinade on top of meat.

  5. This is just perfect on outdoor grills too when weather permits.

  6. Serve along with your favorite sides. We served over basmati rice with broccoli.

  7. You can take the marinade and make a second batch without meat and simmer on stove to serve as a dip or over any side you pair with it.

  8. Never use the marinade the meat has soaked in without cooking, or bringing leftover to a boil.
