Cinnamon Orange Coffee Creamer

Process creamer and cinnamon in a small food processor or blender until thoroughly blended.

Sprinkle orange extract over creamer mixture.

Process again until well blended.

Store in an airtight container in a cool place.

To serve: Add creamer to hot coffee and stir until blended.

Serve hot or iced.

*This makes about 2 1/4 cups creamer.*
