  2. 1 cup rice
  3. 29 oz broth vegetable or chicken
  4. 1/4 cup pickle juice
  5. 1 tbsp ground turmeric powder
  6. 1 tbsp ground cumin powder
  7. 3 small carrots julienned
  8. 1 large onion sliced julienned
  9. 1/2 tsp salt
  10. 1/4 cup sunflower oil
