Step:

  1. Cook the macaroni n drain the water. Let it cool.

  2. Chop the apple n cheese into cube. Also slice up the sausage.( I microwave my sausage for 1 min)

  3. In a bowl add all the ingredients. Drizzle the olive oil n give it a good stir. Makes enough for 2 lunch boxes.

Ingredients

  1. 1 apple
  2. 3 medium sized sausage
  3. 1 cup Small sized macaroni
  4. 1/2 cup boiled or steamed peas
  5. 3/4 cup salad cheese or cottage cheese
  6. 2 tsp olive oil
  7. 1 pinch Sea salt
  8. 1/4 tsp ground black pepper ( optional)
