Step:

  1. Place shark in a pan. Add all ingredients. Marinade for 30 min. Turn steaks every 5 minutes

  2. When steaks are marinated, remove from pan. Heat marinade until it starts to boil

  3. Return steaks to the pan. Cook four minutes on each side. Or until they just flake.

  4. Remove from heat and serve immediately. I served with mudbugs (crawfish) and a ceviche tortilini salad
