Step:

  1. First take large bowl put chicken then add all ingredients of marination and stay for 1/2 hour.

  2. Take pan turn heat low put butter let it melt add marinated chicken cook till it get tender.In final touch add green chilies and mayyonais stir for 1 minute.Now it's ready to serve with butter rice

Ingredients

  1. 1/3 cup butter
  2. 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  3. 5 to 10 sliced green chillies
  4. for marination
  5. 1 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  7. salt
  8. 1 tsp ginger,garlic paste
  9. 1 sliced cheese
  10. 1/2 cup yoghurt
  11. 2 tbsp heavy cream
  12. Chinese salt
  13. 1/2 kg small pieces skinless chicken
  14. 2 tbsp tomato paste or ketch up
