Step:

  1. preheat oven to 350 bake. I foil lined and sprayed a 9x13 baking dish and baked brownies as directed just adding coffee & cappuccino mix to it.let cool

  2. add pumpkin and butter together till smooth.then add all other ingredients except cool whip.whip till combined, now add in 1/2 tub of cool whip topping till combined. Top brownies with last 1/2 cool whip & pumpkin pie spice..i like to freeze for 30 minutes then refrigerate so topping can set. . enjoy!!

  3. 1 box brownie mix
  4. 1 tbsp instant coffee
  5. topping
  6. 1 cup pumpkin puree
  7. 1/3 cup instant cappuccino mix
  8. 3 cup powder sugar
  9. 2 stick softened unsalted butter
  10. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  11. 1/3 cup pumpkin spice instant mix
  12. 1 tsp instant coffee
  13. 1 cup cool whip topping
  14. 1 pumpkin pie spice to garnish
