Step:

  1. Make Dressing

  2. In a bowl whisk together mayonnaise, ketcup, pickle relish, lemon juice, black pepper, hot sauce, green onions and garlic powder combine until smooth

  3. Place a wedge of lettece on plate, put tomato wedges around lettece, sprinkle bacon and blue cheese over lettece wedge drizzle with dressing and serve.

Ingredients

  1. 1 head iceburg lettuce cored and cut into 4 wedges
  2. 2 large ripe tomatos, cut into wedges
  3. 8 slice crispy cooked bacon, crumbled
  4. 8 tbsp crumbled blue cheese
  5. 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  6. 1/4 cup ketchup
  7. 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  8. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  9. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  10. 1/2 tsp red hot sauce such as franks
  11. 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  12. 4 chopped green onions
