Step:

  1. Mix vinegar,sugar and salt ,bring to simmer until reduce 1/3 part ,let cool

  2. Chop cucumber ,slice peppers ,shallots,add in mixing bowl or jar

  3. Pour marinate juice over ,topping with coriander leaves ,serve this marinated with satay dish :)
