  1. Pick out pepper from 4 peppercorn ,,cut halves another 3,chopped shallots ,garlic

  2. On medium heat ,add butter ,fry no.1until fragrance

  3. Add whipping cream,halves peppercorn ,seasoning with salt,fresh ground black pepper ,optional add brown sauce powder ,stir and let it simmer approximately 2 mins ,heat off

  2. 2 shallots ,chopped
  3. 2 clove garlic
  4. 1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
  5. 1/3 tsp salt
  6. 1/2 tsp brown sauce powder
  7. 1/3 cup whipping cream
  8. 1 tsp butter
