Step:

  1. For the sause: in a large pan over medium low heat. Heat butter & Olive oil. Add oinion & garlic. Saute till tender. About 5 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, tom. Paste, basil, oregano, sugar, red pepper flakes. Bring sause to a boil. Place a lid on it. Tilted to let steam out. Simmer 15 minutes. Cool slightly.

  2. For lasagna roll: preheat oven to 350. Cook noodles according to package directions. Once cooked drain , rinse with cold water. Lay out on sheets of wax paper. So they do not stick together.

  3. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray. & spread 1/2 cup sause on bottom of pan

  4. Meanwhile prepare filling in a large bowl. Add beaten egg, ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese , 1/2 cuo parmesan, parsley, pepper, until blended.

  5. To prepare lasagana rolls. Lay out 1 noodle & spread it with 2 Tbsp. Of cheese filling 5-6 pepperoni on top of the cheese.Roll each noodle starting at one end. Place in prepared pan. Seam side down. Repeat until all noodles are rolled up. pour 1 &1/2 cups sause over noodles . Sprinkle with 1/2 cup mozzarella & 1/4 cup parm cheese.

  6. Cover with foil & bake 45-50 minutes. Remove foil last 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted & hot. Let stand 10 minutes.

  2. 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  3. 1 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
  4. 2 garlic cloves, minced
  5. 1/2 medium onion diced small
  6. 28 oz hunts 100% natural crushed tomatoes
  7. 3 oz tomato paste
  8. 1 tsp dried basil
  9. 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  10. 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
  11. 1 pinch red pepper flakes
  12. 1 salt - pepper to taste
  13. lasagna rolls
  14. 10 tradional noodles, cooked, drained & rinsed with cold water
  15. 2 cups of the pizza sause You made
  16. 1 egg slightly beaten
  17. 1 1/4 cup part skimmed ricotta cheese
  18. 1 1/2 cup kraft low moisture part skimmed mozzarella cheese - divided
  19. 3/4 cup kraft grated parmesan cheese - divided
  20. 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  21. 1/4 tsp pepper
  22. 3 oz sliced pepperoni about 50-60
