Step:

  1. In mixing bowl.Combine shortening, sugar,vanilla, milk, butter, egg whites, butter, flour.

  2. Beat in high speed for 5 min. Or until smooth.If you want a stuffer icing. Just add more sugar.

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup shortening- like crisco
  2. 1 tsp salt
  3. 1 box - confectioners sugar ( i use about 4 cups )
  4. 2 tsp vanilla extract
  5. 1/4 cup milk
  6. 2 tbsp butter- softened
  7. 2 egg whites
  8. 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
