  5. 1 tbsp mozzarella cheese
  6. 1 tbsp fine parmesan cheese
  7. 1 tbsp chedder cheese
  8. garnish
  9. 1 dash chili powder
  10. 1 dash lemon juice
  11. 1 tbsp olive oil
  12. 5 stick bash lightly lemon grass skewers
