Step:

  1. FRIED SCRUMBLE EGGS

  5. SAUTE SPINACH

  6. with oiled pan quick saute spinach for 1 minute with a dash of salt then set aside

  7. FRIED GARLIC AND SHALLOT

  8. fry garlic and shallot till fragrant then add light soy sauce and off heat then add fried eggs and bacon mix well

  9. top on cooked spinach and serve immediately

  2. 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce
  3. 4 clove each dice garlic and shallot
  4. SPINACH
  5. 1 dash salt
  6. 6 cup spinach
  7. 2 large egg
  8. 3 slice bacon
