Breaded Ranch Chicken

Place butter in a shallow bowl. In another shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, cheese, and salad dressing mix.

Dredge chicken in butter, then roll in bread crumb mixture to coat thoroughly. Place chicken breasts on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet and bake uncovered at 350F for 45 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 170F
