Step:

  1. Prep veggies. Then lay them in bottom of crockpot (6 qt) . Add water. Sprinkle salt- pepper on top of them.

  2. Salt - pepper your roast a little bit. Then lay on top of veggies. Put on lid.

  3. Put your crockpot on Low 6-8 hours. Or until your roast is the doneness you like.

Ingredients

  1. 4 -6 medium potatoes-peeled & quartered
  2. 1 large onion - peeled - quartered
  3. 1 cup baby carrots
  4. 1 cup celery- sliced
  5. 2 garlic cloves
  6. 1 cup water
  7. 1 salt - pepper
  8. 1 chuck roast( bone in) or your favorite roast (3-4 lb. )
