  2. Soak in water for 2 hours then drain and pat dry

  3. Spread out on a dishtowel and let air dry for 24 hours

  4. Preheat the oven to gas 3 / 150C / 300F line 2 baking trays with parchment paper

  5. Mix the oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika and salt together and drizzle over the seeds, tossing them to coat

  6. Roast for 45 minutes, giving the trays a shake halfway through

  2. 3 tbsp olive oil
  3. 1 tbsp garlic powder
  4. 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  5. 1 tsp onion powder
  6. 1 tsp low-sodium salt
