  3. In pan with oil saut dried anchovies till lightly brown but not crispy then add sausage and water and bring it to a boil

  5. DIVIDE EQUALLY TO 2 BOWL THEN SERVE WITH ADDITIONAL LETTUCE

  1. DRIED ANCHOVIES AND SAUSAGE SOUP BASE
  2. 1 tsp light soy sauce
  3. 1 dash salt and black pepper or szechuan pepper
  4. 1 liter water
  5. 1 1/2 cup dried anchovies
  6. 1 tbsp oil
  7. 3 sausage
  8. ADDITIONAL GARNISH
  9. 1 dash Black pepper or szechuan pepper optional
  10. 1 lettuce or any salad
  11. 4 small bundle of somen noodle or misua
  12. 2 cup spring onion
