Step:

  1. Mix all ingredients except the grated cheese in a large bowl.

  2. Make 11 large burger patties.

  3. Poke a hole in the centre of each patty and stuff a good amount of grated cheddar in there.

  4. Reshape the burger patty to cover up the cheese and hole.

  5. Place the burgers on a baking sheet and chill in fridge for about 30 minutes.

  6. Then grill your burgers on the BBQ until done. Flipping them half way.

  7. When done top your burgers your favorite way & Enjoy.

  1. 4 lb ground beef
  2. 1 egg
  3. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  4. 1/4 cup ketchup
  5. 1/3 cup milk
  6. tbsp salt
  7. tbsp black pepper
  8. dash worcestershire sauce
  9. 1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
  10. 2 cup fresh grated cheddar cheese
