Step:

Mix cake mix, eggs and oil.
Spread in a 9x13 pan lined with parchment paper. (Makes it easier to remove the brownies)
Bake at 350F for 15 minutes until done in the center. Remove from pan by lifting the parchment paper.
Mix powdered sugar and water or milk. Pour glaze over brownies while hot. Allow brownies to cool and glaze to set before cutting.
