Step:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream and pudding mix.

  2. Beat on medium speed for 1 minute.

  3. Let stand for 5 minutes.

  4. Fold in whipped topping and cookies.

  5. Spoon into crust.

  6. Freeze until firm, about 6 hours or overnight.

  7. Remove from the freezer 10 minutes before serving.

Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cup half and half cream
  2. 1 9 inch chocolate crumb crust (store bought or make your own)
  3. 1 cup crushed cream filled chocolate sandwich cookies (11 or 12) I use Oreos
  4. 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  5. 1 packages ( 3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
