  1. Combine cereals and nuts in a large bowl; set aside.

  2. In a large pan, combine sugar, cream, and syrup; bring to a boil and cook to 250°.

  3. Pour over cereal and nut mixture, stirting until completely coated.

  4. Press mixture into a buttered 9 X 13 inch pan.

  5. Cut into squares.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
