Step:

  1. Beat heavy cream with confectioners' sugar until soft peaks form.

  2. Put the ice cream into a glass or bowl.

  3. Pour hot expresso over the ice cream and top with the whipped cream and chocolate shavings.

Ingredients

  1. 1/3 cup heavy cream
  2. 2 tsp confectioners' sugar
  3. 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  4. 1 hot expresso (I have used hot coffee too in a pinch)
  5. 1 Chocolate shavings for garnish (if desired)
