cream butter and sugar together till creamy. add in salt and vanilla cream again.slowly incorporate flour & heavy cream. Now fold in you mini chips.

use a cookie scoop or a spoon roll out a ball place stick in center keep going till done.refrigerate 30min to set.

melt your chocolate chips over a double boiler.dip cookie pops into chocolate as much as you like. set in fridge 5-10min to set. enjoy
