Step:

  1. pre heat oven to 350 degrees

  2. cook sausage till brown about 10 minutes

  3. add onion and apples and cook until soft and golden about 5 minutes

  4. place mixture in a 13 * 9 inch greased baking dish

  5. prepare corn muffin mix according to package

  6. stir sour cream into batter and spread evenly on top of filling

  7. evenly sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or untill top is golden

Ingredients

  1. 1 lb sausage links sliced into 1 1/2 inch pieces
  2. 2 onions chopped
  3. 3 apples cored and chopped
  4. 1 packages 8 oz jiffy corn muffin mix
  5. 1/2 cup sour cream
  6. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
