Step:
Stir-fry onion with oil using low heat until translucent and soft.
Add sliced beef, one by one if possible, stir until the color changes.
Add shoyu, honey, and broth.
Stir from time to time. Lower the heat and cook until the water evaporates.
Top with sesame seeds.
Serve with rice!
Ingredients
500 gr thinly sliced beef (I used sirloin)
1 onion, sliced thinly
1 tbsp oil
3 tbsp shoyu
1 1/2 tbsp honey
3 tbsp beef broth (plain water will do)
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Steamed rice
