Step:

  1. preheat oven to 375. add pie crust to a pie baking pan set aside.

  2. scramble eggs add all chopped ingredients, creams, seasonings, drained mushrooms & diced ham. bake for 45-55 minutes

  3. 1 diced tomatoe
  4. 1/2 finely diced jalapeno
  5. 1/2 finely diced Serrano chili
  6. 1/2 diced onion
  7. 1 cup heavy cream
  8. 2 tbsp sour cream
  9. 1 tsp salt
  10. 1 tsp garlic salt
  11. 1 tsp pepper
  12. 1/2 tsp chili powder
  13. 1 tsp cilantro flakes
  14. 1 cup shredded monterey jack
  15. 1 cup shredded oaxaca cheese
  16. 1 bunch chopped cilantro
  17. 1 tsp dried onion flakes
  18. 1 cup diced ham
  19. 1 can drained mushrooms
