Step:

  1. preheat oven to 350

  2. spray a 9x13 baking dish or 2 round 8"..set aside

  3. add flour, baking powder and dry pistachio pudding to a bowl mix and set aside. Now add eggs,sugar, butter, food coloring & vanilla to bowl wisk well. Now add in flour mix and milk incorporate well.

  4. add to baking dish & bake for 30-40 minutes

  5. whipping: add all ingredients together in standup mixer or hand mixer. whip till thickened. Now fold in your drained pineapples till combined.

  6. top your cake as desired garnish with chopped pistachios or nuts

  1. 2 cup flour
  2. 3 eggs
  3. 1/2 cup melted butter
  4. 1 3/4 cup sugar
  5. 2 tsp vanilla extract
  6. 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  7. 1 cup milk
  8. 2 box pistachio pudding
  9. 3 drops green food coloring
  10. pistachio whipping
  11. 1 quart heavy cream
  12. 1 box pistachio pudding
  13. 3/4 cup sugar
  14. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  15. 1 cup drained crushed pineapples
