  2. Spray large cookie sheets with cooking spray.

  3. Cut potatoes into 1/4 inch slices; arrange in a single layer on cookie sheets.

  4. Sprinkle with garlic salt; drizzle with oil.

  5. Bake 10 minutes; turn.

  6. Bake 15 to 20 minutes longer or until potatoes are golden brown.

  7. Mix remaining ingredients together.

  8. Serve chips with salsa.

  3. 1 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil
  4. 1 cup frozen sliced peaches, thawed and chopped
  5. 1 can (8ounces) pineapple tidbits, drained
  6. 1 jar (16 ounces) thick and chunky salsa
