Step:
Make sure your house is at least 70°F
Add all the dry ingredients, keeping the yeast and salt separate until mixed.
Add all the liquids and mix about 9 minutes on speed 2.
Form into 2 ball and let proof until doubled in size.
Roll out flat and add filling.
Chop and incorporate.
Separate into 2 pieces and put in greased or lined pans.
Proof until doubled in size. 2 batches in picture.
Bake at 380°F until mixed golden brown and yellow.
