Step:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Take sugar,water, vanilla, oil and vinegar in a bowl and mix well till sugar is melted.

  2. Take flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt in a bowl and mix well. Pour the wet in the dry and mix gently.

  3. Now use a ice cream scoop to fill the muffin molds. Bake this in preheated oven for 30 mins and check.

  4. Remove it and let it cool down. Sprinkle powder sugar and serve

Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cup All Purpose Flour
  2. 1/2 cup Sugar –powdered
  3. 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  4. 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  5. 1/8 tsp Salt
  6. 3 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  7. 1/2 tsp Coffee powder
  8. 1/2 cup Water
  9. 1/4 cup Oil
  10. 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  11. 1 tsp Vinegar or Lemon Juice
