Step:

  1. PASTA

  2. bring water to a boil then add salt and spaghetti simmer for 11 minute then drain and add olive oil and set aside

  3. BAKE HAM

  4. bake ham on parchment paper at 200 C for 10 minute then set aside

  5. MAKE TOMATO MASCAPONE SAUCE

  6. in pan with oil saute garlic and shallot then add crush tomato and let it simmer for 3 minute till slightly thicken the sauce

  7. add mascapone chese and seasoning and mix well

  8. add spaghetti and pasta water and mix well then off heat

  9. add thinly slice fresh basil and mix well

  2. 3 clove pounded garlic
  3. 3 small pounded shalot
  4. 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
  5. 3 tbsp pasta water
  6. 4 tbsp mascapone cheese
  7. 1 dash red wine vineger
  8. 1 cup crush italian plum tomato or fresh tomato
  9. 1 dash garlic powder
  10. GARNISH
  11. 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  12. 2 slice bake thinly cured ham optional
  13. 100 grams spaghetti
  14. 1 tbsp olive oil
  15. 1 cup thinly slice fresh basil
