Step:

  1. add oil to a large enough pot or skillet so it doesn't boil over

  2. scramble your 2 eggs lightly add tabasco and set aside.

  3. season your fish generously on both sides. add flour, cornmeal & crumbs to a casserole dish. now add seasoned fish to eggs then to flour mix coat both sides generously. Add fish to hot pan fry till golden brown.

  4. you can use fish of choice. I used white fish.

  1. 1 fish fillets of choice
  2. 4 dash of tabasco
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 1/2 cup flour
  5. 1/2 cup cornmeal
  6. 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  7. 1 tsp lemon pepper
  8. 1 tsp fresh ground pepper
  9. 1 tsp old bay seasoning
  10. 2 cup oil for frying
  11. 1 tsp dried basil
