Step:

  1. bake cake as directed.. let cool completely. . using the fatter tip of the decorating icing make big swoops to make oscar. cut Oreo on half apply. cut marshmallow in 1/2 with fingers shape his eyes to your liking & apply. add black dot for eyes. now add sprinkles for eye brows.

  3. 20 small marshmallows
  4. 1 tube black icing
  5. 1 oreos cut in half
  6. 1 red m&ms mouth
  7. 1 chocolate sprinkles
