Step:

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.

  2. Put pie crust in pie plate.

  3. In medium bowl, combine eggs, melted butter/shortening, sugar, flour, vinegar, & vanilla. Pour mixture into pie shell.

  4. Bake for 45 minutes. Then let cool.

  1. 1 unbaked 9 " pie crust
  2. 3 eggs
  3. 1/2 cup butter/shortening, melted
  4. 1 1/2 cup sugar
  5. 2 tbsp flour
  6. 2 tbsp vinegar
  7. 1 tbsp vanilla
