Open amount of cans as needed. Usually, one 15 oz can Enchilada Sauce per two two 4 oz Cans Green Chili.
Drain green chilies. Hatch Chiles always being best. [we save the juices for later use here]
Mix both and heat in microwave or on stove.
Double or triple recipe as needed.
Feel free to add fresh Cilantro or even shredded pork or chicken if you have them on hand.
Pour this delicious sauce over most any Mexican dish! Or, dip tortilla chips in it!
These are a few great Enchilada Sauce brands we enjoy here in Albuquerque that are redily available.
A culinary tip? Don't tell anybody how easy this sauce is. They really won't believe you.
