Step:
Melt the chocolate in the microwave until liquid, in 30 second intervals, stirring often to stop the chocolate from burning. It usually takes about 2 minutes in total.
Spoon the peanut butter into a bowl and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds, then add the icing sugar and stir until well mixed.
Place foil cups on a flat tray, and spoon about a teaspoon of chocolate into the bottom of each. This should cover the bottom of the foil cup.
Using two spoons, take 1/3 a teaspoon of peanut butter and lower it into the cup, using the second spoon to guide the blob of peanut butter so it sits perfectly in the middle and doesn't touch any sides. Fill all the foil cups.
Top the peanut butter with another spoon full of melted chocolate, so it completely covers the peanut butter and fills the foil cup.
You can now decorate - I like to grate some chocolate over the cups or sprinkle with 100s and 1000s.
Leave them in a cool place to set, usually takes 1-2 hours. Enjoy!
