Step:

  1. Preheat oven to 180ºC

  2. Place puffnpaste in a casserole dish

  3. Slice tomatoes and onions, shredd cheddar. Place tomatoes on top of the dough, making layers

  4. Mix well together egg, cream, cream cheese and cheese, herbs and seasonings, and onions. Put on top of the tomatoes

  5. Place in oven for 25-30 minutes

  1. 7 large tomatoes
  2. 1/2 onion
  3. 100 ml cream
  4. 300 grams cream cheese with herbs
  5. 300 grams cheddar
  6. 1 large egg
  7. 2 tsp corn starch
  8. 1 salt and pepper
  9. 1 italian herbs
  10. 200 grams puff pastry
