Step:

  1. Mix the sausage, prepared dressing, bell pepper and cheese together and chill for 30 minutes

  2. Preheat oven tp 350

  3. Place 1 wonton wrapper in a lightly greased standard sized muffin tin

  4. Bake 5-7 minutes until lightly golden brown

  5. Remove from oven allow to cool

  6. Add 2 tbsp of sausage mixture, return to oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until cheese melts

Ingredients

  1. 1 packages original hidden valley ranch dressing mix (prepare according to the package directins)
  2. 1 packages 10 oz Jimmy Dean or Owens breakfast sausage, browned and drained
  3. 8 oz Mexican 4 Blend Cheese
  4. 1/2 cup green or red bell pepper, chopped
  5. 12 oz package of Wonton wrappers (or egg roll wrappers cut into 4th)
