Step:

Mix the sausage, prepared dressing, bell pepper and cheese together and chill for 30 minutes
Preheat oven tp 350
Place 1 wonton wrapper in a lightly greased standard sized muffin tin
Bake 5-7 minutes until lightly golden brown
Remove from oven allow to cool
Add 2 tbsp of sausage mixture, return to oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until cheese melts

Ingredients

1 packages original hidden valley ranch dressing mix (prepare according to the package directins)
1 packages 10 oz Jimmy Dean or Owens breakfast sausage, browned and drained
8 oz Mexican 4 Blend Cheese
1/2 cup green or red bell pepper, chopped
12 oz package of Wonton wrappers (or egg roll wrappers cut into 4th)
