  1. Heat a pan with non stick spray

  2. Form the beef into little patties adding spices to meat

  4. Do the same to other half cover them while heating

  5. Remove patties when done reserve the drippings add onions and mushrooms after about 3-4 minutes add flour coating flour with all the drippings

  6. Add spices stirring constantly add beef broth

  7. Cook stirring constantly till thickens add the patties back let simmer 3 minutes serve on top of potatoes, mashed potatoes or rice or pasta

  3. 1 tbsp granulated garlic powder
  4. 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  5. 1/2 tsp salt
  6. gravy
  7. 1 large onion chopped
  8. 1 cup sr flour
  9. 1 quart beef broth
  10. 1 tbsp ground black pepper
  11. 1 1/2 tsp salt
  12. 1 tbsp granulated garlic powder
  13. 1 drippings from the beef patties
  14. 8 oz sliced mushrooms
