Step:
First put your pork chop in the dry mixture . Pat it down good so it sticks really well to the chop. Then dredge the chop in your eggs . Add to your medium hot pan
Heat pan with olive oil. Prep one dish with the Italian bread crumbs, paprika, and parmesan cheese. In another dish add eggs and whisk.
Cook about 5 to 7 minutes each side. Internal temp should be above 155° then remove from heat .
