Step:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. Cream butter, sugar, cinnamon and salt with a mixer until fluffy.

  3. Add eggs and mix well.

  4. Add vanilla and sour cream. Mix well.

  5. Mix baking powder and flour in a separate bowl.

  6. Gradually add flour to wet ingredients and mix .

  7. Add cinnamon chips. Mix with spoon.

  8. Spoon mixture into 4 mini loaf pans that have been sprayed with Pam.

  9. Now mix the last two ingredients (sugar and cinnamon) in a small bowl and sprinkle on loaves.

  10. Bake for 35 to 38 min. until toothpick comes out clean.

  11. Cool for 10 min and remove loaves from pan. Enjoy!

  7. 3/4 cup sour cream

  9. 2 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  10. 1 packages Hershey's cinnamon chips
  11. 2 tbsp sugar
  12. 2 tsp ground cinnamon
