Snickerdoodle Bread

Preheat oven to 350°F

Cream butter, sugar, cinnamon and salt with a mixer until fluffy.

Add eggs and mix well.

Add vanilla and sour cream. Mix well.

Mix baking powder and flour in a separate bowl.

Gradually add flour to wet ingredients and mix .

Add cinnamon chips. Mix with spoon.

Spoon mixture into 4 mini loaf pans that have been sprayed with Pam.

Now mix the last two ingredients (sugar and cinnamon) in a small bowl and sprinkle on loaves.

Bake for 35 to 38 min. until toothpick comes out clean.

Cool for 10 min and remove loaves from pan. Enjoy!
