Step:

  1. Boil or steam broccoli until nearly tender. Drop in ice water to stop the cooking process.

  2. Heat oil in a large saute pan. Add peppers. Saute on medium-low heat for approximately 5-10 minutes or until peppers are tender. Add garlic. Saute until fragrant. Add broccoli. Add dried spices. Toss. Cook until broccoli is tender. Add basil. Toss. Serve.

  8. 2 tsp turmeric
  9. 1 olive oil; as needed
  10. 1 pinch salt and pepper
